I am emailing today in regards to a legal problem with the Amazon Games support team. I was given a 30-day suspension and appealed it, and they changed it to a permanent ban, which in over 50 years of games, that is not how an appeal works and is against a consumer's rights. That is throwing my rights out the window.

I also transferred some items between my own accounts using in-game systems, which I believed was within the rules, as everything was hand-farmed through regular gameplay such as raids, chaos gate, chaos dungeons and world boss rewards.

I understand the importance of maintaining a fair environment and support your efforts to prevent cheating, but I strongly believe my account was mistakenly flagged based on my play habits. I respectfully request a manual review of my account activity and logs.

Terrible customer service, along with what appears to be zero testing prior to releases. Game is good but the automated ban process along with lack of customer service means is one star from me.
